• Subscribe to photojourneys.ca (if you’re already subscribed, you’re halfway there). Sign up below in the footer, or on the sidebar.
• Go to the comments section below in this posting and tell us what is your favourite place in Saskatchewan for photography. There is no right or wrong answer – all places indicated are equally valid entries. That’s all there is to it. One entry per person.
• On Nov. 12, 2021, we will draw from all valid entries and contact the winner by email for a mailing address to ship the book. In order to comply with Canadian contest regulations, the winner will be required to answer a skill-testing question. The winner’s first name only will be announced.

• The contest is open to all photojourneys.ca subscribers who are Canadian residents at least 18 years of age and have a mailing address in Canada (because of different contest regulations in Quebec, this contest is not open to residents of Quebec).
• The prize is one copy of the book, Photographer’s Guide to Saskatchewan, with a value of $24.95. The book will be sent to the winner postage paid.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
• The draw will be based on valid entries received in the comments section of this posting between Nov. 4 and Nov. 12, 2021.
• Chances of winning will depend on the number of valid entries received.

Love taking pictures around Prince Albert National Park, it’s great for all seasons.
Where we are at Christopher Lake we have views of sunrises and sets, and the spring birds are amazing.
Looking forward to exploring many areas of the province we have not yet visited over the years. The Big Muddy area and the Sand Dunes are on our bucket list.
I love Saskatchewan. Moose Jaw, Buffalo Pound, Q’appelle valley, Duck Lake, Batoche, love them all. How about The history it is all consuming, They say Saskatchewan is flat, (we know that’s not true) have they checked out the country roads around Battleford. I am a senior and a hobbyist painter. I take photos, and then try to paint my interpretation of them. I just recently stubbled onto your site, and I am so blown away with your photographs. Currently trying to paint a Ukraininian church (own photo). G ive me North Battleford, and Battleford, Telegraph Flats, the river, that whole area has a great pull for me. You make the Province and the people of Saskatchewan very proud. Thank you.
Tough call for me between Cypress Hills and Waskesiu, but gotta go with Waskesiu!

Grasslands would be my favourite. Followed by the SW of the province. Lots of beautiful landscapes.

Cypress Hills- especially the West Block. But the Great Sand Hills and Grasslands National Park are close runners-up.
Prince Albert National Park, more specifically Kingsmere Lake. You can get great sunset shots from the Southend campground.
